中越边境跨国婚姻的流变及其思考

中越边境山水相连,语言相通,文化相似,两国边民的跨国婚姻自古以来就存在。随着我国改革开放、睦邻友好政策的进一步实施,这种以地缘、血缘、语缘、神缘、族源、业缘、产缘、趣缘、志缘等为基础的跨国婚姻日益增多。目前,中越跨国婚姻还存在着办理结婚登记手续难、申请加入国籍难、加入户籍难等问题。这些问题给我国的入境管理、社会治安、计划生育工作的开展带来诸多不利,也影响到当事人的家庭建设。要解决这些问题,必须采取一系列措施,尤其要在法制方面进行一系列的完善。

Pondering on Changes of Transnational Marriages of Sino-Vietnamese Border

Transnational marriages in Sino-Vietnamese border have existed since the earliest times because China and Vietnam are neighbors and they have the same language and similar cultures.With the deepening of China's Reform and Opening-up and the further implementation of Good-neighborliness and Friendliness Policy,there are more and more transnational marriages.At present,such marriages do have some problems such as problems of marriage registration,of acquiring Chinese nationality and residency.These problems have brought many disadvantages to some work such as border entry management,social security and family planning and they have great influence on family life of persons concerned.A series of measures should be taken,especially the legal system should be perfected,to solve these problems.
