| Abstract: | Mao Ze Dong' s legality idea insisted on the principle of People' s Sovereignty in the legislative aspect, and emphasized that it was the key element of legal installment to obey and enforce the law seriously j But his one sided view in legal conception and value excited the "Culture revolution" indirectly. Reflecting on the "Culture revolution" in democracy and legality had accelerated the Chinese democratic reform. |
