| 摘 要： | 目前许多保护和弘扬中国各民族丰富的优秀民间文化遗产的政策、意见和建议基本上没有站在民众的立场来考虑。广大民众的认同和积极参与之所以是保护和弘扬民族文化遗产成败的关键,是由以下原因决定的:首先是由民间文化遗产的性质和功能决定的;其次是由民间文化传承的方式和保护的目标决定的;再次是由当今世界民主化和民族自治发展的趋势决定的。

| Abstract: | At present,many policies,views and suggestions to protect and promote the rich Chinese cultural heritage are not in the position of the public.The public recognition and involvement is the key factor to protect and promote national cultural heritage.The reasons are determined by the following: first,by the nature and function of folk cultural heritage;second,by the transmission method and protection goals of folk culture;third,by the development trend of democratization and autonomy of the world. |
