A Reflection on Australian state-owned bank's corporation reengineering

Based on the analysis of Australian state-owned bank-CBA's corporation reengineering, this paper gives some suggestions to Chinese state-owned bank's corporation reengineering. In order to achieve corporation reengineering efficiently and effectively and create a good environment, the Chinese government should establish a clear relation with the state-owned bank. The reengineering of the state-owned bank is not just for the bank, but also for the Chinese bank industry. The government should keep national bank system safe by enhancing financial legislature, and establish a special savings bank to protect depositors' benefits.
