| Abstract: | On the basis of psychological contract research which appears this years in the organization behavior area,we are trying to find out the interaction and influence of harmonious society,harmonious labor relation and psychological contract,in order to put forward the methods of psychological contract management to help the corporation improve their performance of setting up a harmonious labor relation and promoting the realization of the harmonious society. |
