| 摘 要： | 因为相同的文化认知方式,英汉两种语言会有相同的隐喻概念;但因为英汉同时也有不同的文化认知方式,所以这两种语言之间也会有不同的隐喻概念。在翻译时如文化认知不同时,可用目标语的隐喻形象来替换原文中的隐喻形象,如文化认知相同时,可重视原文的隐喻形象又传达原文表达的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to analyze the relationships between metaphor and cultural cognition.Metaphor is an important way of linguistic expression;cultures and values of different nationalities find their way in metaphorical thinking.Based on similar cultural cognition,there are similar metaphorical concepts,and because of some different factors in Chinese and British cultures,there are different metaphorical concepts and expressions in the two languages. |
