| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of learning organization and analyzes the demands on the structure of the librarian's knowledge, which is needed to go with the library's digitization. It also discusses the significance of setting up a learning organization for the library. A few measures are proposed to set up the learning organization, with characteristics of the library taken into account. |
