| Abstract: | Class is a basic unit of students' affairs in colleges and universities.As an organizer and director of a class,the class teacher teacher serves as a bridge an important component of students' affairs in colleges and universities and has much to do with students' management.A correct realization of class teachers' characteristics and the fortification of quality construction are crucial to class teachers' work. |
