| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济发展水平的提高,商业化气象信息服务出现并发展起来,但是我国的气象经济仍然未形成规模效益。本文从气象信息的内涵和本质属性入手,探讨了气象信息所载利益的法律保护问题,希望以此促进我国的商业化气象服务事业的快速、稳步发展。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the economy,commercial service of the meteorological information has appeared and developed quickly;however,it stays on the primary stage without the profit on the great scale all the time in China.Based on the nature of the meteorological information, this article discusses the legal protection of the benefits carried by the meteorological information to promote the rapid and steady development of the commercial service of the meteorological information in China. |
