| 摘 要： | 低碳城市建设是当前中国城市发展的重要课题,而城市低碳经济发展水平的测度则是其中的一个重要环节。本文基于碳排放视角,选择代表性国家(地区)和城市样本进行比较研究,将碳排放数量这一非期望产出变量作为投入进行处理,在科学设计DEA计量模型基础上,通过对区域整体效率及其影响因素进行实证分析,实现对低碳城市建设水平的测度,并据此进行结论分析,研究提出若干启示性建议。
