“新闻自由”的表述与践行——传统马克思主义与非传统马克思主义两种视角的比较

本文梳理了马克思主义经典作家和当代中国共产党的领导人关于新闻自由的代表性观点,评介非传统马克思主义在新闻自由问题上的基本立场,并对它们进行比较与分析。其中相同之处是:高度重视新闻自由在公共生活和党的发展中的重要作用,对政府、执政党及官员的监督视作新闻自由最重要的功能。不同之处在于:传统马克思主义强调享有新闻自由的主体是执政党和国家,非传统马克思主义则认为享有新闻自由的主体应该是广大民众。另外,在实施对执政党及官员的监督中的彻底性也有不同。
