| 摘 要： | 艾滋病患者应该享有公民权利和一些特殊的社会权利，但是目前艾滋病患者普遍面临社会排斥的尴尬处境。伦理关怀是消除社会排斥、保障艾滋病患者权利的重要手段。对艾滋病患者的伦理关怀，必须坚持以人为本，树立“尊重生命、关爱健康”的生命伦理观；维护社会伦理正义，公平对待艾滋病患者；坚持人道主义和终极关怀原则，关注艾滋病患者的幸福指数；重建平等和谐的新型伦理关系，营造良好的社会舆论氛围。
