人力资源管理的心理学研究进展

摘    要:近20年来,笔者在人力资源管理心理学研究方面进行了探索,取得一定的进展。这些研究主要包括:员工智能模拟培训、再培训管理模式、职业指导和心理测试系统、飞行员及航天员选拔的心理会谈评价标准与方法、高层管理者胜任特征模型评价、国有企业的结构调整、管理者裁员决策特征、员工工作生活质量及科研创新管理等组织变革研究等。根据经济全球化和信息化的要求,笔者提出了系统开展基于我国文化、历史和社会经济转型期背景的心理行为研究的建议。

Abstract:In the recent 20 years, the author of this article has been engaged in the psychological research into human resource management. The research mainly includes the following aspects: computerized model training of staffs, managing mode of retraining, professional counseling and system of psychology test, psychological assessment and methods of the selection of pilots and astronauts, the competency assessment of executives, the structural adjustment of state-owned enterprises, staffs' quality of life and work, and the management of scientific research and innovation. In accordance with the requirement of economic globalization and computerization, the author of this article suggests that a psychological behavioral research should be conducted systematically in accordance with the cultural historical and social transforming background in our country.
