法律信仰:依法治国的内驱力

法律信仰是主体对法律的主观心理信念及在这种信念引导下的行为拜从,它体现了信仰主体与信仰对象的契合、主观信仰心理与外在信仰行为的统一。社会主体的法律信仰精神是法治理想实现的精神先导,是法律统治合法性的理念基础,是法律得以高效运行的必要条件,总之是依法治国的内驱力。培养公民的现代法治观念,建立普遍的法律信仰精神是中国法治现代化的一项基础性工程。目前我国公民的现代法治观念已得到明显提高,但建立普遍的法律信仰精神还需要一个长期的过程。

The Legal Conviction--the Internal Driving Force for Running the Country with Laws

The legal conviction is a kind of behavior worship of the subject's subjective psychological belief to the law and its behavior worship under the direction of such conviction. It embodies combining the conviction subject with the conviction target, the integration of subjective conviction psychology and the outer convection action. The law conviction spirit of the social subject is the spirit guidance for the realitv of the legal idea and the ideal foundation for the legality of the rule by law and the necessary condition for the effective operation of the law; in short. it is the internai driving force for running the country with laws. It is a basie project for the Chinese legal modernization to set up universal legal conviction spirit. At present, the citizen's modern legal idea has been apparently enhanced. but it stili needs a long process to set up universal legal conviction spirit.
