浅谈创造性医学人才的培养

高等医学教育对创造性医学人才的培养,将以国民身心素质的普遍提高、推动国家汇入知识经济与经济全球一体化的大潮。创造性医学人才的培养,必须有一支创新意识强、科研能力强的师资队伍;必须注重实行因材施教、尊重学生个性发展的教学模式;必须注重培养学生实事求是、严谨科学的研究态度;必须致力于学生实践操作能力的培养;必须注重学生综合素质的提高。

Talking about the Training of Creative Medical Talents

In the knowledge economy age, medical scientific research work calls for the constant emergence of creative medical talents. To train more and more creative medical talents, we need to focus on the following aspects of work; (1) building a strong contingent of medical teachers with the capability for innovation and scientific research; (2) offering an individualized quality education for every student in teaching; (3) giving prominence to the cultivation of students' realistic and rigorous approach to scientific research; (4) concetrating on training students' practical operation capacity; and (5)laying stress on the improvement of students' overall quality.
