| Abstract: | Deng Xiao-ping's theory of educational law, which mainly includes the theories on educational position and function, educational policy and the construction and development for teachers, is an important part of Deng Xiao-ping's theory of education. Theoretically and practically, the theory not only help to strengthen the construction of educational law and completely push on with managing education by law, as a guiding idea and a legislative basis, but also help to build and perfect the system of educational law with Chinese characteristic in China. |
