| 摘 要： | 电子文件从生成到归档存在许多问题,如法律效力的不明确性以及对电子文件的真实性、完整性的解决和认识不足等。针对以上问题,档案部门应加强对档案工作人员的电子档案管理知识的培训,让档案管理工作提前介入电子文件的运作和管理,加强法制建设,加大监督力度,加强办公自动化系统和电子文件的安全防护工作,使档案得到充分利用。

| Abstract: | There are many problems with electronic documents from their completion to their filing: Legal effect is not explicit,and the settlement and recognition of the truthfulness and completeness of electronic documents are insufficient.Because of the problems mentioned above.file department should strengthen the training of file workers on management knowledge of electronic files.make the work of file management involve with the operating and management of electronic documents in advance.reinforce legal system construction, enhance supervision. heighten work automation system and safety protection of electronic documents, get fully used. |
