WTO旅游业的相关条款及我国旅游景区的可持续发展建设

WTO的法律文件和多边贸易规则是一套涵盖面非常广泛而又很有操作性的、具有普遍法律效力的规范。认真学习和掌握WTO协议中相关协定的精神实质 ,运用好过渡期内的保护条款和各种例外条例 ,对中国旅游市场尽快走向国际化是很有益处的。旅游景区 (点 )作为旅游创收的重要部门之一 ,当前在开发建设、经营管理等方面还存在不少问题 ,突出表现在景区城市化建设、超容量接待、商业化气息过浓、环保失控、无序开发等。这些问题不解决 ,将严重妨碍旅游业的可持续发展

A Study of the Tourism-related Clauses by WTO and Our Counter-measures

The legal documents and the multilateral trade rule cover a wide range of fields. Because of their practicability and universally legal application, it is much beneficial to study and grasp their essence. A clever application of the protection and other clauses during the transitional period will help China's tourism march towards the international standard. The scenic regions and spots in China, one key part of tourism for earning economic returns, have quite a few problems in their construction and management, such as the urbanized construction of scenic spots, over-crowded scenic regions, too much business atmosphere, poor environmental protection and irrational development. If these problems remain unsolved, there would be no sustainable development of tourism.
