| 摘 要： | 在信息现代化高速发展的今天，高校数字化档案信息资源的共享成为社会进步的助推器。要建设好高校数字化档案信息平台，必须要遵循以下原则：标准化原则、完整性原则、个性化原则、共享性原则、安全性原则、维权性原则等。这样高校档案信息资源才能有效地采集、保存、利用，实现高校档案信息快速的传输，发挥高校档案信息在经济建设中的服务作用。
