知识资本对粮食科技进步贡献率的影响

摘    要:在对知识资本促进粮食科技进步贡献率增长机理分析基础上,以2004—2015年粮食主产区面板数据为样本,采用索洛余值法测算了粮食科技进步贡献率的动态变化,进而对知识资本影响粮食科技进步贡献率增长进行实证检验,结果表明:知识资本对粮食科技进步贡献率增长的促进作用显著,其中,粮食科技研发人才、推广人才、科技机构、科技投入等对粮食科技贡献率增长具有正向作用。地区粮食经济发展水平对粮食科技进步贡献率增长也具有促进作用,而工业科技对粮食科技进步的溢出效应尚未发生。为此,主产区应强化粮食科技创新,优化粮食科技研发与推广人才引进、培育、激励机制,支持粮食科技机构建设、加大粮食科技经费投入,促进粮食科技进步贡献率增长。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of the knowledge-based capital driven contribution rate to grain science and technology progress ascension, take panel data of major grain producing areas during 2004-2014 as samples, using Solow Residual Method to measure and analyze the dynamic evolution to the contribution rate to grain science and technology progress, empirically tested the contribution degree of knowledge-based capital driven the contribution rate of grain science and technology progress ascension. The results show that there are significant driving action of the knowledge-based talent capital, organization capital and R & D strength to the contribution rate of grain science and technology progress increasing, which was also facilitated by district development of grain economy. But spillover effect of industrial science and technology on grain science and technology progress was still not happen. Based on these, promote technology progress and efficiency in major producing districts; investing in grain science and technology research and development, introduction, training and incentive in promoting human resources, support the grain science and technology organizations, increase the input of grain science and technology funds, so as to safeguard the sustainable development of grain production.
