美国“新主权论”论析

美国新主权论是在冷战结束后,国际形势发生巨变的历史条件下出台的。它是为了美国的一家利益而挑战国家主权的一种反全球化思潮,是一种自私和霸权的行为。新主权论对建立国际政治和经济新秩序都是有害的,也不利于全球化进程。新主权论所体现出来的单边主义在短期内可能会产生对美国有利的结果,但最终会使美国举步维艰。

A U.S.Fallacy:Neo-sovereignty came to the scene by the end of the Cold War, with the big change of international situation. It's an ideological trend of and-globalization, and a selfish and hegemony action, which has challenged the national sovereignty for American own interests. The fallacy is doing much damage to the establishment of the new international political and economical order, as well as the process of globalization. The unilateralism embodied in the fallacy may be helpful to American interests in a short run, but a hindrance to American action in a long run.
