| 摘 要： | 为探索国有军工企业军民融合发展，本文主要运用制度经济学理论，通过实证分析和比较分析等研究方法，对国有军工企业未来的军民融合发展做了前瞻性的分析研究。主要结论是：军民融合实现形式具有多样性和阶段性，“军转民”是军民融合发展的初级阶段，“军民一体化”是军民融合发展的高级阶段。军民融合由“军转民”到“军民一体化”是一次制度变迁过程。

| Abstract: | Future military and civil amalgamation in military enterprises was studied with institutional economics theory by using examples and comparisons. Conclusions have been drawn： implement form of military and civil amalgamation is variety and staggered. For the development of military and civil amalgamation, transforming military into civil is on its primary stage, military and civil incorporation is on the advanced stage. It is a process of system vicissitude for transforming from military and civil amalgamation to military-into-civil. |
