浅谈高职教师素质的提高

高职教育必须从社会的需求和在中职教育人才培养体系中所处位置出发,明确人才的培养目标和规格,全面实施素质教育。实施高职素质教育的关键在于高职教师素质的提高,只有建设一支道德高尚、知识丰富、爱岗敬业、甘于奉献的高素质教师队伍,才能对学生进行综合素质的培养,推动学生全面健康的发展。

Improving the Quality of High-vocational College Teachers

High-vocational education must start from the demand of society and the vocational education training system; then make a clear specification of the training objectives and practice quality education. The key to implementation of the high-vocational quality education is to improve the quality of teachers. Only to build a high quality teaching staff which is moral, knowledgeable, devoting, and willing to sacrifice can we give students comprehensive quality and healthy development.
