| 摘 要： | 从研究生创新能力的形成因素出发，提出了研究生创新能力评价指标体系。考虑到各指标信息模糊性的特点，引入灰色聚类法进行定量的综合分析。介绍了灰色聚类法的步骤以及其在实际案例中的应用。结果发现身心素质是研究生创新能力形成的基础，创新环境是研究生创新能力形成的重要条件，科研实践是研究生创新能力形成的动力，创新思维是研究生创新能力形成的核心和灵魂。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the forming factors of postgraduates' ability on innovation,the evaluation index system for the postgraduates' ability on innovation is built.Considering the ambiguity of each index,we use the grey clustering model to evaluate synthetically.After introducing the steps of the grey clustering model and its application,we conclude that to form the ability on innovation,health of body and mind is the foundation,innovation environment is the important factor,research practice is the impetus and innovation thinking is the core. |
