| Abstract: | The characteristics of the nomadic patriarchal slave-owner's rule, which the clan, the blood relationship and the prime administration and the military control merge into one organic whole, exists in the Xianbei preliminary regime obviously. It keeps in the process of the transition from slave-owner's rule into feudal-owner's institution for a long time. |
