高校图书馆岗位绩效考核人文机制探究

摘    要:面对高校图书馆绩效考核难的问题,管理者要在问题分析的基础上,通过正确认识绩效考核观念、实施服务为主体的考核体系和打造绩效考核文化等方法,深化岗位考核管理的构想.同时,应切实制定考核细则,科学设计考核指标,细化考核,量化考核,从读者满意度和激励馆员的多层面着手,建立完整的岗位绩效考核评估机制,营造良好的人文环境,促进图书馆事业的不断发展.

Abstract:The library managers should deepen the appraisal management reform by rectifying the ideas, encouraging the activists, building the culture, based on the analysis of the obstacles. They should make complete and detailed test regulations, and scientific indicators for the refinement and quantization of performance check, in order to improve the satisfaction of readers and incentive for the librarians, build a humanistic environment and promote the development of libraries.
