| 摘 要： | ＂一所好的大学,一定是有好的理念的大学;一所好的大学,也一定是重视教育科研的大学＂。重视教育科研工作,要从教育科研领导做起。强有力的教育科研领导集体和活动,能够为大学教育科研设计和描绘美好愿景,并运用有效手段影响人们趋向既定的美好愿景,更好地实现教育科研的宏伟目标,提升大学的办学理念与办学水平。
