| 摘 要： | 经济全球化使每个企业都可能成为国际化市场体系的成员,国际化的市场更加复杂、多变。民营企业必须根据客观经营环境的变化,建立企业组织结构的应变机制,随时调整企业战略,才能充分发挥企业竞争优势,降低国际化带来的风险。企业组织结构设计必须体现出动态机制,要具备适应性和灵活性,还要考虑价值链对企业组织结构机制的作用。

| Abstract: | The emergence of global market makes each enterprise become a member of international market system. Private enterprises must adapt to the changing environment, set up adjustment mechanism of organizational structure, change organization strategy according to situation, give full play of organizational advantage, and reduce the risk incurred by internationalization. These are the prerequisite and fundament for the survival and development of private enterprises in the process of internationalization. |
