| 摘 要： | 波兰第三次被瓜分时期．芬兰也逐渐处于俄罗斯帝国的统治之下。当时的国际政治形势决定了俄罗斯帝国对芬兰采取宽容的实用主义政策，赋予芬兰自治的权力地位。19世纪末期，随着国际形势和对内政策的变化，俄罗斯帝国政府实行一体化和俄罗斯化政策．不断加强对芬兰的压制，以消除芬兰的特殊地位。

| Abstract: | While Poland was carved up for the third time,Finland also gradually lost its independence and was under control of Russian Empire.The international relations at that time forced Russia to adopt a tolerant policy of pragmatism and entitle Finland to an autonomous region.With the changing of world situation and domestic policies,the Empire began to carry out the Russian-system integration.Finland was suppressed deeply and deprived of its autonomy at last. |
