| 摘 要： | 高校师资队伍建设是一个复杂的系统工程,学校管理者应树立"管理就是服务"的思想,将服务教师作为教师管理的根本目的。在管理工作中遵循人本原理,把人的因素放在第一位,从教师心理需求出发,设置发展目标,运用合理的绩效机制和科学的管理范式,激励教师的积极性,构建和谐、创新的高校师资队伍。

| Abstract: | The construction of teacher talents in universities is a complicated system.The administrators of universities should hold the idea that management is service in nature.The ultimate role of management is to serve teachers.During the process of management humanism should be put at the first.The development aim of teacher management should be set at the basis of teachers' psychological demands.Furthermore,with reasonable performance mechanism and scientific management,teachers' enthusiasm will be activated and harmonious innovative teacher talents in universities will come into being. |
