| 摘 要： | 本文针对转型期中国地方利益分化与地方利益冲突的形成与演变特点,从微观角度构建地方利益均衡模型,分析中国和谐社会构建中的地方利益均衡与协调问题。作为各种微观利益主体、利益群体的各种利益在特定时期、特定地区的综合表现的地方利益,其实现需要一定的均衡条件。构建有中国特色的地方利益均衡与协调机制是中国和谐社会构建的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of social economic benefit separation and characteristics of local benefit formation and evolution in China in transition period,this paper not only builds a theoretical model about the equilibrium of local benefit,but also analyses government policy choice in local benefit harmony.To design and construct a effective regulation mechanism on local benefit conflict should be a part of the harmony society of China in future.,and the central government of China must undertakes the responsibilities to harmony local benefit conflict and balance regional development. |
