| Abstract: | This paper illustrates that this course is to meet the challenge of knowledge economy and cultivating innovative talents, summarizes several beneficial inspiration of this course, for example, hard working and good learning methods are the necessity of successful career; IQ and EQ are two necessary parts of achieving success; innovation is the life of science; and innovative character is valuable for scientists and it is also the basic condition for a innovative talent. |
