| Abstract: | The government function and public expenditure scope in various countries have both similarities and diversification. Through the worldwide comparison of the government expenditure structures, this article studies the main material evidence and law of changes of the government economic activities. Taking the above international experience for referential use, we should try to optimize China's fiscal expenditure structure. |
