| 摘 要： | 我国资本市场建立和发展于从传统的计划经济向社会主义市场经济过渡的特定历史时期,因而市场参与机制存在明显的缺陷。要从制度创新上推进中国资本市场的市场化,必须建立和完善一整套充分体现市场经济规律和资本市场发展客观要求的运行规则和机制。
