关于沿珠江流域9省及港、澳所共同组成的泛珠三角区域内合作发展,最初由广东提出,现已得到各方的积极响应.泛珠三角区域合作的运作施行,将对各合作成员以及区域整体乃至国家的发展起到不可忽视的战略意义.泛珠三角区域合作的良好运行,需要科学的区域合作机制作基础和保障.必须找出建构泛珠三角区域合作机制存在的问题和障碍,创立一套科学、本土化的泛珠三角区域合作机制.

A Tentative Approach to the Problems and Countermeasures in Establishment of PPRD

Guangdong Provincial Government has proposed to establish a Pan-Pearl River Delta Cooperation frameowok ( PPRD) that involves 9 provinces and 2 special administrative regions (i. e. Hongkong and Macao). It is envisaged that such a regional cooperation program will be of strategic importance to its individual participants, the entire claimed region, and even the whole country, and therefore has already received positive responses from all parties concerned. However, an advanced and compatible mechanism is required for implementation of the prospective scheme, and potential problems and counter measures should be identified in advance.
