The issue of whether non-corporate groups have the qualifications as civil subjects is the bone of contention in civil jurisprudential circle. This article make a research into the legal status of unincorporated groups in civil subject system in two lights: the objective regularity of the historical evolution of civil subject system, and the internal linkage between capacity for civil rights and civil subject.
