中国民主同盟人权思想探析

中国民主同盟是新民主主义革命时期成立的爱国民主党派。它从产生之日起就以保障人权、实行宪政为己任,其人权思想最初萌芽于统一建国同志会的纲领中,随着统一建国同志会发展为民主政团同盟,以及后来的中国民主同盟,其人权思想也不断地丰富发展。中国民主同盟认为,中国人权的最大障碍是国民党的一党独裁,因此,必须制定以人权为价值取向的宪法,并以宪法为基础重新建构国家机构,由人民直接或间接的行使管理国家的权利,国家以法律保障人民的政治、经济、社会方面的各项基本权利和自由。

The China Democratic league is one of the most important patriotic democratic organizations whose aim is to protect the human rights and to perform the constitutionalism.The thoughts of human rights is found in the program for the Unified Comrade Society for the Building of Our Motherland,and along with the development of the above-mentioned organization,its ideals of human rights also developed.The China Democratic league believes that the biggest barrier to Chinese human rights is the dictatorship of the Nationalists.So we must draft up a constitution to protect the human rights,set up the state apparatus again,provide people opportunity to supervise the country direct or indirect,and the country must protect the basic rights and freedom by the law.
