| 摘 要： | 从资源成本、生产成本、外部成本三个方面分析科学的可持续的能矿资源价格的组成部分,探讨我国现行的能矿资源定价机制特征与市场经济国家能矿资源的定价经验,最后提出反映市场供求关系、资源稀缺程度和国际先进经验的我国能矿资源定价模式和转变现行定价法、采用可持续发展的能矿资源价格构成等改革设想。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the scientific and sustainable components of the price of mineral energy resources,which are resource costs,production costs and external costs.We also discuss the characteristics of the current mineral energy resources pricing mechanism in China and the pricing experience in developed countries.At last,we give some suggestions on reformation of mineral energy resources pricing mechanism,considering market supply demand relations,the degree of resource scarcity,and international advanced experience on mineral energy resources pricing. |
