邓小平选人用人机制理论探析

摘    要:党的十一届三中全会后,邓小平发表了一系列关于人才重要战略意义、选人用人的方针和原则、干部选拔任用制度改革、建立和完善科学的干部选拔任用机制的重要论述,形成了有特色的选人用人机制理论。邓小平选人用人机制理论是我国新时期选人用人工作的根本指导思想,对干部选拔任用制度的改革具有重要的理论意义和深远影响。

Abstract:Since the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th National Congress of CPC,Deng Xiaoping released a series of important statements on strategic significance of talents,guideline and principles of talents choosing and employment,reform of cadre choosing and employment system,and how to establish and perfect scientific system of cadre choosing and employment,which are evolved into specific system of cadre choosing and employment with a lot of characteristics.Deng Xiaoping's theory is the fundamental guideline for our country's system of talents choosing and employment in the new era,and has important theoretical and long-term guiding significance for the reform of our country's system of cadre choosing and employment.
