摘    要:当代大学生学业倦怠是大学生不能顺利应对压力时对学业产生的一种极端反应,表现为情绪衰竭、非人性化和低成就感等三个方面的症状。在其背后既有深远的文化历史渊源,又具有时代发展的特点,尤其是当代社会用人机制与教育体制改革等带来的冲击,同时也与大学生自身人格特点密切相关。预防或缓解大学生学业倦怠是一项复杂的系统工程,应从社会、学校和大学生自身等多个角度同时采取相应措施。

Abstract:The learning fatigue of the contemporary university students is the result of chronic response when they cannot smoothly face with the extreme pressures in learning, which are displayed from three symptoms: emotional exhaustion, inhumanity, and low personal accomplishment. The reasons can be characterized by both far-reaching cultural and historical sources and the social development, especially the shock brought by the personnel mechanism and the educational system reform in contemporary era as well as the own dispositions of the undergraduates. As a complicated systematic project, measures shall be taken from different angles of the society, the universities and the students themselves to prevent and ease the learning fatigue of the university students.
