摘    要:面临新世纪的挑战,高等工程专科电类专业确立人才培养模式时,应转变教育思想,变专业教育为素质教育,变一次性教育为终身教育;变教学计划为适应社会需求的多种人才培养方案;强调提高学生全面素质和综合能力,改革教学方法和教学内容;采用 2+l或 2.5+0.5方案培养通识+特点的新型技术人才。

Abstract:To face the challenge from the new century, in setting up the model of talents majoring in electricity in polytechique institute, we should change our education thoughts, that is, change major-oriented education to quality education, change just-for-once aducation to the lifetime edueation, and change the teaching sylubus to one which can meet the various requirements in the society, we also should focus on improving the students~ genenal quality and ability, reforming the teaching methods and contents use the model 2 1 or 2 .5 0 .5 to foster newtype talents with general knowledge and speciality.
