Reflection on the Establishment of Human-priority Management Mechanism in Higher Education System

In the new century, China's higher education is facing a new development environment. So far as the students' administration is concerned, it is particularly important to adopt the human-priority concept and hold a scientific development-oriented view. This paper, through analyzing the features of the educational administration of students, proposes the human-priority concept, self-discipline mechanism and creative thinking methodology and actual operation.
