| 摘 要： | 清朝最高统治集团为了更好地驯服、剥削、奴役奴婢，他们利用国家机器，制定了一系列镇压奴婢的反动政策。《红楼梦》对康雍乾时期统治者掠夺、圈禁和镇压奴婢的血腥现实进行了艺术的扫描，深刻地揭露了“大清律例”——奴婢制度的吃人本性。
