从哲学认识论上界定了知识的概念,对企业知识按照OECD的观点进行了归类,在此基础上进一步界定了企业知识管理的概念。指出IT企业的知识管理就是对IT企业中有利于技术创新的一切知识要素的相互转化以及知识流动过程的一种动态管理。阐述了IT企业知识管理的必要性源于IT企业技术创新的需要,是IT企业得以顺利成长的保证,IT企业的知识管理应该侧重有利于其技术创新;分析了IT企业作为知识密集型高新技术企业所具有的特征,在此基础上概括了IT企业知识管理的特点;提出和建构了IT企业的知识管理的模式。

Characters of Knowledge Management and Mode Construction in IT Businesses

Defines philoshophically the knowledge on epistemological basis to categorize the different viewpoints of business knowledge in view of OECD. Then,the management of business knowledge is defined further, and that of an IT business means nothing but a mutual conversion of all knowledge factors which are beneficial to technological innovation and a dynamic management for knowledge's flowing process. The necessity of knowledge management of an IT business originates from its demand for technological innovation which can make sure that the business grows up well. So, an IT business should focus its knowledge management on those aspects which are beneficial to technological innovation/creation. The characteristics of IT businesses as knowledge-intensive new/high-tech enterprises are analyzed so as to generalize their characters of knowledge management. A knowledge management mode is thus constructed and proposed for IT businesses.
