| 摘 要： | 公共物品供给不足已成为制约地区经济增长的重要因素,传统的供给机制是造成这一问题的主要原因.20世纪70年代以来西方发达国家利用市场机制提供公共物品为解决这个问题提供了可借鉴的思路.文章认为市场提供公共物品的理论基础就是公共物品提供的经济发展观.

| Abstract: | The shortage of the public goods provision has become the important factor that restricts the regional economic growth and the reason is the traditional provision system. In 1970s, many governments in developed countries began to use market to provide public goods with success,which gives us a useful experiment to solve the puzzle of the public goods' provision. The theoretical basis of market provision is the economic development theory of the public goods provision. |
