Some Views on the Economic Developing Strategy for a Big Developing Country

The authour argues that to accelerate the pace of economic development, a big developing country' s government should pay enough attention to the role of domestic trade but should not emphasige too much to the importance of natural resources its country owns on the choice of strategy: Big developing country should develop simultaneously the labour intensive industry and the technique-intensive industry. To regulate efficiently the economic action and achieve certain target, central government must have enough authority; there is not inevitable relations between the corruption and import - substituted strategy.
