| 摘 要： | 在对青岛市新材料产业发展状况进行调研的基础上 ,发现该产业市场容量广、增长速度快、市场回报率高、基地建设已启动 ,并在国内产生积极影响。对于新材料产业在产业竞争力、资源整合能力、企业规模化程度和自主创新能力及基地建设布局、吸附能力等方面存在的不足 ,提出了建设开放式研发和产业化体系、以制度创新保障企业创新能力、加强基地建设、发挥政府引导作用四个方面的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The developmental trend and structural character about new type of material in Qingdao are analyzed roundly based on surveying status quo. There are some shortage of industrial competitive power, conformity power of resourse, direction of base building and mechanism of technical innovation. Some countermeasures are brought forward to develop the industry of new type of material. |
