从经济史角度看,政府、市场、企业和家庭都是配置资源的一种制度安排,在经济发展史上都占有一席之地.而且,四者的边界和职能不是固定的.而是随着历史条件的变化而变化.在中国现代经济史中,政府、市场、企业和家庭的职能和边界伴随着两个方向上的体制调整经历了若干变化.总体上看.计划经济体制方向上的变化,尽管在初期基本适应了当时的历史条件.实现了其所承载的历史任务,但后期问题越来越突出.市场经济体制方向上的变化,适应了生产力发展和人民生活水平提高之需求,也使中国经济逐步走向正轨.

The Boundary of Government, Market, Enterprise and Family and the Adjustment——An Example of the History of Chinese Modern Economy

From the perspective of economic history, government, market, enterprise and family are a system arrangement of resource allocation respectively and play a different role in the development of economy. Moreover, the boundary and function of the four are not definite, but rather, they vary in different historical contexts. In the history of Chinese modern economy, they have experienced certain changes along with the system arrangement in two directions. In general, the planned economy in its later period brings about more obstacles although it has fulfilled the historical task in its early period while the market economy adapts to the productive development and the improvement of people's living standard, getting Chinese economy right gradually.
