| 摘 要： | 在分析最新出版的《2002田径竞赛规则》的基础上，结合国内外优秀运动员的比赛成功经验，提出径赛运动员应合理分配好预，次，复和决赛中的体力，田赛运动员应科学地运用时限的规定，选择好试跳的时机等观点。

| Abstract: | Based on an analyzsis of the book Trick and Field Competition Rules in 2002 which was lately published,and of the successful competition experiences of the excellent athletes domestic and abroad, the author holds that trick and field athletes should rationally allot the physical strength to preliminary,secondary competition,intermediary heart ,and finals,and that the athletes should apply the stipulate of time limit and choose the best time of trial jump. |
