| Abstract: | Discussion on judicial ethic thought in Tanglushuyi,the mastering of value connotation of China traditional laws and the revealing of their essence and laws are helpful to connecting value thought of modern western laws with traditional China laws so that the laws from western countries can be localized rapidly and local law innovation can be realized so as to provide helpful thoughts and reference for constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
